The Imotski inhabitants organize this fair - feast of "ića i pića" (food and drink)inspired by the pride they feel for they  native land and the desire to discover their traditional dishes and present the wines from their lands, , under the patronage of the Imotski Tourist Board and the Open University.
Various producers of wine, liquors, prosciutto, cheese, natural jams, olive oil and cakes from the Imotski area and few guest exhibitors take part in this fair.
The excellent spiza (food) is accompanied by a varied entertainment programme: a cooking competition in cooking, klapa music, a wine tasting school, etc.
